  • Processing Time: All standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom-made products may take 7–10 business days, depending on complexity.

  • Shipping Time: After dispatch, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Partners: We use trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and Blue Dart.


2. International Shipping (Export Orders)

  • Processing Time: Export orders are processed within 5–10 business days. For bulk or customized orders, the timeline may vary and will be communicated beforehand.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery time ranges from 10–20 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

  • Shipping Partners: We ship internationally via FedEx, DHL, Aramex, or other reliable logistics partners.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Charges are calculated based on product weight, size, and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on select products or during promotional periods.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges vary by destination, volume, and product weight. Final costs will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Customs & Import Duties (For Export Orders)

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

  • KS Technology is not liable for delays caused by customs or additional charges levied at the destination.


6. Packaging

All items are carefully packed with bubble wrap, thermocol, and protective material to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile products receive extra care during packaging.
