Cancellation & Refund Policy – KS Technology

At KS Technology, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our domestic and international buyers. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

For Domestic & Export Orders:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at [Insert Email] with your Order ID for cancellation requests.

• After 24 hours or once the product has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Custom & Bulk Orders

• Custom-made, bulk, or export-specific orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun or materials have been sourced, due to the personalized nature of the products.

• Advance payments for bulk orders are non-refundable unless mutually agreed upon due to production issues from our end.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following scenarios:

• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

• The item is lost in transit or undeliverable due to logistical issues confirmed by our courier partner.

• We are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our side.

Refund Conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Valid proof such as photos/videos of packaging and product is mandatory.

• After verification, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Minor imperfections or natural variations in handcrafted products (color, wood texture, carvings)

• Delay caused due to customs clearance or international logistics beyond our control

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer

Returns for Export Orders

• Due to high international shipping costs and customs limitations, returns are not accepted for export orders unless mutually agreed upon under specific circumstances.

• If the return is approved, the buyer will bear the return shipping cost unless the fault is from our side.
